We review and screen all of the applications, then set up a 30-45 minute call for selected candidates. During this, you will meet with the hiring manager, and learn more about the role and who we are.
A deeper dive into your education and work experience, we discuss a variety of things such as your “why”, strengths, areas for improvement, team structures, and more! It’s kind of like a walk down memory lane.
Certain roles will require a technical assessment. It is nothing too complex, and is typically turned around within a couple of days.

A 30 minute introductory chat with Grace and the Hiring Manager for that position. This is a great opportunity to understand more about the role and get any questions you might have answered.
We like to send over a task to highlight what would be involved in the day-to-day for that role. This gives both parties a better understanding of technical experience needed and where they may sit within the team.We value your time and aim for the task not to take too long to complete, so we can move forward with the next round of the process.
Approx. 1 hour video call with the Hiring Manager and someone else from the team you would be working with. This is a great way to meet some more people in the department and ask them any questions about their time here at Conversion. We will also review the task in this call and chat through your answers and ways of thinking.
We will make an offer to the candidate who is best matched for that specific role. No matter the outcome we like to provide detailed feedback on the interview process and any areas for improvement to really give you the most value for the time you have taken to interview with us.
