  • Celebrate failure. Even the world’s most valuable company has a two-and-a-half success rate. You will never have perfect data. Know when not to swing. Set up experiments properly to get accurate data.
  • One of the most difficult things for a company is to be open-minded. You can have a very strong experimentation culture if you have an executive sponsor who is willing to be challenged.
  • Challenge the HiPPO (high-paid person’s opinion). When leaders expect that people will challenge their ideas, it lets people exercise their innovative muscle.
